Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role located in Richmond Hill, ON. The Administrative Assistant will oversee daily administrative and clerical tasks, including managing schedules, handling communications, and providing support to executives. The role also involves delivering excellent organizational and office support to ensure efficient workflow and operations within the company. The individual will play a key role in facilitating communication, maintaining records, and coordinating activities as required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing daily office operations and documentation
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support leadership and coordinate schedules effectively
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette for professional interactions and correspondence
- Detail-oriented with organizational skills for maintaining accuracy in records and scheduling
- Proficiency in common software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
- Previous experience in administrative or office support roles is a plus
- Relevant diploma or certification in office administration or a related field is preferred
