FPrimeC iPile is an innovative wireless pile integrity testing instrument for low strain testing of deep foundations and piles. iPile helps geotechnical engineers, non-destructive testing specialists, and piling contractors with an effective solution for quality control and quality assurance of piles.

iPile is the first and only integrated pile integrity testing solution for data recording, storage, analysis & reporting. iPile’s mobile app is optimized for both iOS and Android ecosystems, therefore eliminating the need for traditional data loggers, and PC software.

iPile can be used to test cast-in-place concrete piles and drilled shafts. The device allows you to test for multiple flaws & unknown factors such as the length of piles, voids and defects in piles & changes in pile cross-sections.

How iPile Works

iPile operates based on sonic-echo (also referred to as pulse-echo) method to evaluate integrity of deep foundations and piles. The testing process is completed in three simple steps.

✅ A hand-held hammer is used to strike the pile head.

✅ The echoes from pile toe and/or internal defects are collected using iPile sensor

✅ Test results are instantly visualized on Tablet, helping engineers with data processing.
